We don't just make teeth. We run every case end to end.

We wrote our own lab software because turnaround and precision only count if you can check them. Every case runs through the same system, from order to delivery, and every stage of your case is validated and logged. That same system powers the portal where you track your cases.

Why would a dental lab write its own software?

Because promising turnaround and precision is easy; showing it is the hard part. We built the platform so every case leaves a record from order to delivery: when it arrived, which phase it's in, when it left and who received it at your office.

We're a digital lab with an integrated workflow: every stage of your case is validated and logged, and the restoration goes through eight checks before it ships. The detail of how we work lives in the portal, for dentists who already work with us.

What changes for you

In the portal, the lab's control turns into four things you use every day.

How the portal works
  • Turnaround before you submit

As you build the order, each service shows its turnaround in business days. You know when the case comes back before you hit send.

  • Where the case is right now

The current phase of every case and when it entered each one. As the due date gets close, the case list flags it: due tomorrow, due today or late.

  • Delivery, on record

Our own courier delivers to your practice, and the portal shows when the case left the lab and when it was delivered.

  • One thread per case

Messages and files live inside the case itself, with date, time and who wrote them. The thread about the #19 crown doesn't get mixed up with the full-arch case.

The bench behind the software

Software doesn't mill crowns. Our team makes the restorations, with production run by Milton, who has nearly 20 years at the bench.

More than 2,000 cases have gone through the lab since we opened. What the system records is the work of these hands.

  • CAD design on your scan
  • CAD/CAM milling on a DGSHAPE mill
  • Zirconia sintering in-house
  • Printed surgical guides and mock-ups
  • e.max ceramics, staining and glaze done in-house

Frequently asked questions

Does the lab use off-the-shelf lab software?

No. We built the platform ourselves, from order to delivery, including invoicing and the dentist portal.

Can I see how long each stage of my case took?

The detailed stage record is internal. In the portal you see the case's current phase, when it entered each phase, the promised date and a flag as that date gets close.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The portal runs in your browser, on a computer or a phone. Create an account, and once we approve it you can start sending cases.
