With Smile Digital Lab's digital workflow, you send the scan through the portal, see the turnaround in business days before you confirm, and follow each case's phase on your phone, time-stamped, through to delivery.

On your side, a case goes through five moments. The rest happens at our bench, and you see the phase in the portal.
How to send a case to the labYou send it
Build the order in the portal from your practice's price list and attach the scan, photos and lab slip.
You see the turnaround
Every service shows its turnaround in business days before you confirm. The promised date shows on the case as soon as it lands.
You follow the phase
The portal shows which phase the case is in and when it entered each one. If something is missing from the order, we contact you before we start.
You approve, when you ask to
If you asked to see the design, the case holds at the Approval phase and moves on only after you reply, in the case thread.
You receive it
Our own courier brings the restoration to your office, labeled with the case number, and the portal records who received it and when.
Where do you follow the case?
In the dentist portal, which runs in your phone's or computer's browser, with nothing to install. Every case shows its current phase, when it entered each phase and the promised date. The screens are in Portuguese.
As the date gets close, your case list flags it: due tomorrow, due today or late. Messages and files live inside the case, with date, time and who wrote them.

What do we check before a restoration ships?
We're a digital lab with an integrated workflow from file to delivery: every stage of your case is validated and logged in the software we built for the lab, and the restoration goes through eight checks before it ships. Production is run by Milton, who has nearly 20 years at the bench.
