Your first case
Your first case, from sign-up to delivery
Your first case starts in the portal. You create your practice account, we review it and turn on your access, and from then on you place orders with each service's turnaround in business days in front of you. You follow the case stage by stage in the portal, on desktop or phone, until it's delivered to your office.
From sign-up to delivery, in seven steps
The route is the same for every service in our catalog, from a single crown to a full-arch bridge.
Create your practice account
In the dentist portal, enter your practice name, your name, email, a phone number and the password you'll use. Your license number, Brazilian tax ID (CPF or CNPJ) and city are optional, but they help us verify the account.
We review it and activate your access
A person on our team reviews the sign-up and activates your access. If you already send us cases, the account is linked to your practice's existing record. Until then, the login screen shows that your sign-up is under review; once it's active, you sign in with the password you chose.
See your practice's price list, with turnaround for each service
When you start a new order, the services on your practice's price list are grouped by category, each with its price and its turnaround in business days. You know the timeline before you submit. A service without a set price shows as to be agreed.
Send the order and your scan
Choose the services and, for each one, enter the quantity, the teeth and the shade. The patient is identified only by initials or your office's own code, never by name. Each service lists what the lab needs to receive, and you check off what you've sent. Once the order is in, the case opens and you attach the scan (STL or zip), photos and the Rx to it. For conventional impressions, check with the lab on how to get them to us.
Follow each stage and approve the design when asked
Each case shows its current stage, from arrival to delivery, the time it entered each one and the promised date. When a case calls for design approval, it stops at the approval stage and moves into production only after you respond.
Quality control, with a photo
Before it leaves, every restoration goes through eight checks, on the model and against your prescription. Every stage of your case is validated and logged, and a photo of the restoration stays on the case record.
Delivery to your office by our own courier
In São Paulo, restorations are delivered to your office by the lab's own courier. On delivery, the case records the date and the name of whoever signed for it, and you see both in the portal.
What to have ready
What the lab needs to receive so the case doesn't stall at check-in.
- An intraoral scan (STL or your scanner's native format), or an impression with a stone model
- The opposing arch and a bite registration
- The implant system and platform; for analog impressions, the impression coping or the analog
- The Vita shade and, for esthetic cases, a smile photo with the shade tab in frame
- A signed Rx with your license number
- Patient initials or your office's own code, never the patient's name
Personal service
You talk to the person working on your case. Each case has its own thread in the portal: what you write goes on the case timeline with the date and time, and the lab's reply shows up in the same place, next to the files.
More than 2,000 cases have left this lab since it opened. Milton, who runs production, has nearly 20 years at the bench.
Outside São Paulo or outside Brazil
We already work with dentists outside Brazil. If your practice is outside São Paulo, talk to the lab before your first case: files, components, shipping and turnaround are arranged case by case.
Frequently asked questions
How long does account approval take?
We don't promise a set time: a person on our team reviews each sign-up, not an automated system. While it's under review, the login screen tells you so; once it's approved, you sign in with the password you chose.
Do I need an intraoral scanner?
No. We accept conventional impressions with a stone model, the opposing arch and a bite registration; for implant cases, include the impression coping or the analog. Before sending an impression, check with the lab on how to get it to us.
Where do I see the turnaround?
On the order. When you add each service, the portal shows its turnaround in business days from your practice's price list. Once the case is in, it shows the promised date, and the case list flags cases that are due today, due tomorrow or overdue.
