What goes into your restoration
Aidite zirconia, IPS e.max CAD lithium disilicate and Ivoclar ceramics, G-CAM graphene-reinforced polymer, Kulzer denture teeth, and Neodent and Titaniumfix implant components. These are established manufacturers, and most of the materials are imported into Brazil. The disc or lot for every case is checked at intake, before design.

Aidite zirconia
- What it is
Polycrystalline zirconium oxide, supplied as discs. We mill the disc from the approved design and sinter the restoration in-house, which is when it shrinks to final size and reaches full hardness. Aidite makes the discs; Kota distributes them in Brazil.
- Where we use it
Single crowns on teeth and implants, onlays, and full-arch bridges, either directly on the abutments or on a milled titanium bar.
Shade follows the Vita shade on your Rx. Staining and glaze are done by hand at the finishing stage.

IPS e.max CAD by Ivoclar
- What it is
Lithium disilicate in CAD/CAM blocks, better known as e.max. It's a glass-ceramic: more translucent than monolithic zirconia, and for thin restorations the manufacturer calls for adhesive cementation.
- Where we use it
Single crowns and onlays on natural teeth, when there's room for the material's minimum thickness. Our e.max work is done in-house.
On implants, our standard crown is zirconia. e.max on an implant is discussed when the case is opened.

Ivoclar ceramics
- What it is
The ceramic we apply over a finished framework, at the ceramics and finishing stages: the veneering layer, when the restoration has one, and surface stain for shade characterization.
- Where we use it
For the veneering porcelain on metal-ceramic copings, when your Rx includes it, and for staining crowns and full-arch bridges.
The target is the shade on your Rx. For esthetic cases, also send a photo with the shade tab next to the tooth.

G-CAM graphene-reinforced polymer
- What it is
A graphene-reinforced polymer supplied as milling discs. It's imported.
- Where we use it
For milled resin provisionals and frameworks, depending on the treatment plan.
Whether it fits a given restoration depends on the case, so check with the lab when you open it.

Kulzer denture teeth
- What it is
Prefabricated denture teeth, with mold and shade selected for the case.
- Where we use it
In complete dentures and tooth setups. The case goes through articulation, tooth setup and processing, in that order.
Made in Brazil
Neodent and Titaniumfix components
- What it is
Implant prosthetic components from two Brazilian manufacturers: titanium bases and the other parts that sit between the implant and the restoration.
- Where we use it
In implant crowns and full-arch bridges. Put the implant system and platform on your Rx and, for analog impressions, include the impression coping or the analog.
When the case arrives, we confirm the component is in stock before production starts.
Checked at check-in
The material for every case is checked when it arrives, before design starts: the material on your Rx, the disc or batch to use, and the implant components in stock.
If the material on your Rx doesn't fit the case, because of space or minimum thickness, we contact you before going any further.
Frequently asked questions
Can I request a specific material?
Yes. The material is your call: pick the service with that material when you place the order and, if you want a specific brand or disc, add it to the item notes. When the case is opened, we confirm with you that the material works with the available space and the manufacturer's minimum thickness.
Are your materials imported?
Most of them are imported into Brazil: Aidite zirconia, IPS e.max CAD and Ivoclar ceramics, G-CAM and Kulzer denture teeth. Our implant components, Neodent and Titaniumfix, are made in Brazil.
Which zirconia should I use for an anterior crown?
That's a clinical decision, and it's yours. In the anterior, the choice is usually between a more translucent zirconia with staining and lithium disilicate (e.max), depending on the stump shade, the space and the target shade. Specify the material on your Rx with the shade and a photo with the shade tab; we confirm the option with you when the case is opened.
